No 13 of 1862 to repeal Ordinance No 12
of 1858 entitled "An Ordinance for Practitioners in Law".
This ordinance repeals eve 12 of 1858
from the 310! of December 1864.

as I believe without sufficient
passed
Consideration it amalgamated the practice in the Law in this botomy by enabling
Barristers to act as attornies Soliciton
and Proctors as well as Barristers and
Advocates. The effect of that Ordinance
was that all the Attornies left the bolong except that one who is Crown Solicitor
remains.
